What payment options do I have in the HSR Shop?

At HSR we currently offer the payment method purchase on account as a payment method.

Delivery

How and when does the HSR Shop deliver?

 

Machine deliveries

The delivery of machines is handled by a forwarding agent according to the specified conditions. Machines and machine accessories are delivered ex warehouse excluding packaging.

 

Hose cuts
We charge a small service fee of €4.90 for a hose cut to your desired size - €9.90 for spiral hoses.

Return of goods

Returned goods are checked and processed immediately upon receipt. If necessary, restocking costs may be deducted.

Subsequent delivery

Backorders are dispatched as standard with the next (follow-up) order, subject to availability.

Delivery by overnight express

The place of fulfilment for our deliveries is Neukirchen-Vluyn. Dispatch is always at the recipient's risk. If the recipient wishes the goods to be dispatched by overnight express, one of the following points should be fulfilled:

• Prior coordination of the storage location for the goods to be transported or
• Provision of a person from the recipient to accept the parcel or
• Availability of a lockable box of the respective overnight express service

If none of the three points are fulfilled, the overnight express service may deposit the goods at any location below the dispatch address. The overnight express service is no longer responsible for the whereabouts of the transported goods until the recipient actually takes possession of them. Loss or damage are therefore no longer insured.
